How do I cancel my order ?

When your parcel is not sent yet and you want to cancel your order, please call customer service so that the automated shipment process can be rapidly stopped. You can contact FelinaWorld by phone on +31 20 470 44 22 from Mondays to Fridays between 9:00 - 17:00 CET.

I want to cancel my order - Parcel is sent

When your order has been shipped already and you want to cancel your order, you will need to return the parcel before we can cancel the order. You can cancel your order without giving any reason within fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you have received your delivery. 

Order cancellation within 30 days

For your order cancellation request to be receivable, you need to initiate a return procedure within 14 days. To do so, you need to notify us of your decision by post, by telephone or by email. You can send us a ticket or message and initiate a return procedure from your customer account dashboard. You can initiate a return procedure here

- Address
- Order number 
- Order date
- Delivery date
- Designation of the article(s) subject to order cancellation: name of the article, reference of the article
- Signature (in case of postal courier)

The products must be returned without undue delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days after you have communicated to us your decision to cancel your order. This period is considered respected if you return the good before the expiration of the period of fourteen days. You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the products.

Refund of the cancelled order 

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse you for all payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional charges arising from the fact that you have chosen, if applicable, a delivery method other than that the less expensive  standard delivery method proposed by us).

We will refund using the same method of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; in any case, this refund will not cause any costs for you.

We may defer the refund until we have received the goods. After receipt of the returned goods, you will be refunded within 30 days.

Your liability is only incurred with respect to the depreciation of the good resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, the characteristics and the good functioning of the products.
